Shipping Cost

• • Free delivery on all orders above 7 KD.
• • Orders below 7 KD are subject to a 1 KD shipping fee.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

• • All orders are processed within one business day at most.
• • Estimated delivery times depend on factors such as the selected delivery method and the customer’s location.
• • In most cases, orders are delivered within 48 hours.
• • Customers can conveniently choose their preferred delivery slot, including a night delivery option.
• • MarkaSouq will display the estimated delivery time during the checkout process.
• • In the event of a high volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If this occurs, MarkaSouq will notify you and coordinate delivery in the most convenient way possible.

Tracking Information

Once an order has been shipped, MarkaSouq will notify the customer with a tracking number and a tracking link. This allows customers to monitor the status and progress of their delivery in real time.

Delivery Failure

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may contact you via email or phone with instructions to:

• • Reschedule the delivery, or
• • Arrange pickup at a designated location.

If the order is not rescheduled or collected within the specified timeframe, it may be returned to MarkaSouq.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact Customer Service within 15 days of delivery. After reviewing the claim and verifying its authenticity, MarkaSouq will either:

• • Issue a refund, as appropriate.
