Delivery Time
- All orders will be processed within one business day at most.
- The estimated delivery time for an order depends on several factors, including the shipping method selected and the location of the customer. In most cases, the products will be delivered within 48 hours across the UAE. You can conveniently choose a delivery slot, and most importantly, we offer a night delivery option.
- MarkaSouq will provide customers with an estimated delivery time for their order during the checkout process.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify or contact you for further processing of the delivery in a convenient way.
Tracking Information
Once an order has been shipped, MarkaSouq will notify the customers with a tracking number and a link to track their order. Customers can use this information to monitor and track the delivery of their orders.
Delivery Failure
In case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the carrier may send you an email with instructions on how to schedule a redelivery or pick up the item at your convenience. If the item is not retrieved or redelivered within a specified time frame, it may be returned to MarkaSouq.
Damaged or Defective Items
If a customer receives a damaged or defective item, they should contact MarkaSouq customer service within 45 days of arrival. MarkaSouq will replace the item or issue a refund, considering the genuineness of the case.
