Warranty

MarkaSouq's Warranty Policy helps the customer get covered in case of any defects in the product. The terms of the respective seller's warranty will apply.

  1. Any warranty claim request is subject to the approval of MarkaSouq.
  2. Warranty claim requests must be made on or before the warranty period ends.
  3. The customer is entitled to have a replacement or refund only if:
  • The product is not repairable within a month.
  • The product had 3 failed repair attempts with the same issue.
  • The seller decided to replace the product or refund the amount of the product immediately.

4. There are certain conditions under the warranty that will not be covered by the seller:

  • Physical damage or abuse of the product made by the customer.
  • The product was repaired by someone who is not accredited by the seller.

5. All approved warranty claim requests are eligible for free shipping.

6. The customer must not forget the purchased product and all the accessories included during the pickup to avoid rejection from the seller's end. Please make sure that the product is packed in its original box safely.

Note: Note: Not all items on MarkaSouq are covered by warranty and paid warranty plans; please recheck the product's warranty before checking out the order.
