MarkaSouq is an e-commerce platform owned and operated by MarkaSouq Portal in the United Arab Emirates. These Terms of Use apply to both the Website and its mobile application. Throughout this document, "we", "our", "us", and "website" refer to MarkaSouq.

Registration
As a Buyer:

User Permission
- • You are permitted to access, view, and print one copy of any page for personal use.

- • The website's software and content are MarkaSouq's property.
- • Cardholders must keep copies of merchant's policies, guidelines, and transaction logs.
User Account

- • You take responsibility for all activity under your account/password.
- • Failure to abide by this clause means MarkaSouq is not accountable for any loss or damage.

Payments/Transactions
- • MarkaSouq accepts payments via Visa, Mastercard, debit, and credit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) in AED.
- • Terms and conditions of each merchant service provider apply to online purchases.
- • You should verify the user agreement and privacy statement of the relevant merchant service provider before purchases.
- • Only a written document signed by an authorized official can waive or modify terms.
- • Refunds, except for COD payments, are applied to the original form of payment.
Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and Sanctioned Countries
- • MarkaSouq will not conduct business or offer services to people or organizations connected to, operating on behalf of, or owned by OFAC-designated nations.
- • This also applies to terrorists and traffickers in illegal drugs named through OFAC programs that are not country-specific.
